Since 2021, we have partnered with SO.WA Consultancy, a leading spa and wellness consultancy in Asia, to create thoughtfully designed spa environments.
By merging Studio LMA’s aesthetic and spatial expertise with SO.WA’s deep knowledge of spa operations, we craft spaces that seamlessly blend beauty, functionality, and tranquility, elevating the wellness experience.

KYZN Kuningan redefines urban living by blending modern sophistication with nature in Jakarta’s vibrant heart. Featuring sports courts, fitness studios, wellness amenities, and community spaces, it offers a dynamic retreat.
Studio LMA shaped select interiors and, in collaboration with H2O Farms, integrated biophilic elements for a greener, more serene environment. Working with multiple design teams, we helped create a space where people can recharge, connect, and find balance in city life.

A renowned global hotel chain is developing a wellness retreat in Hokkaido, Japan, in collaboration with SO.WA Consultancy, focusing on market research, competitive analysis, and spa planning. Within this framework, Studio LMA is crafting a Spa & Wellness Concept inspired by Hokkaido’s culture and seasonal landscapes. Thoughtfully planned with a deep connection to the local context, the retreat offers guests a serene space to relax, recharge, and reconnect with nature.

Completed during our principal’s time as Head Architect at Awlake 360° Wellness Design. The concept was thoughtfully developed around three core values: serenity, uplifting, and sensory experience. Serenity reflected calmness and tranquility, uplifting captured a sense of lightness and clarity, and sensory experience emphasized connection, emotion, and exploration.
These principles guided the design process, inspiring the use of light and transparent materials to create a space that feels harmonious and inviting. The result was a tranquil retreat that offered guests a peaceful and uplifting wellness experience, nestled in the heart of Bali.
